State Of Delaware Offices In New Castle County – Closed during regular business hours 8am – 4pm Essential employees that live in NCC do not report to work. Essential employees report as scheduled.
University of Delaware – Newark campus and other UD locations in New Castle County will be opening at 10 am today 3/15/17
Red Clay School District – Due to poor road conditions, freezing temperatures, and power outages throughout the district, Red Clay will operate on a two-hour delay Wednesday, March 15, 2017.
Colonial School District – Due to power outages and weather, Colonial schools and offices will be on a two hour delay for tomorrow the 15th.
Brandywine School District – All BSD schools and offices will operate on a two-hour delay on Wednesday, March 15. Please allow extra time to get to school and work safely!
Christina School District – Due to inclement weather conditions, all schools and offices in the Christina School District will open two hours late on Wednesday, March 15. Please be aware of two exceptions: Half-day morning and half-day afternoon preschool programs at Bancroft, Christina Early Education Center (CEEC), Delaware School for the Deaf (DSD) FACES, Elbert-Palmer and Stubbs are CANCELED on Wednesday, March 15. Full-day preschool programs at Bancroft, Christina Early Education Center (CEEC), Delaware School for the Deaf (DSD) FACES, Elbert-Palmer, Pulaski and Stubbs will open two hours late. Afternoon and Twilight Sessions at Sarah Pyle Academy are CANCELED on Wednesday, March 15. The Morning Session will open two hours late.
Newark Charter – will operate on a two-hour delay Wednesday, March 15,
ACADEMIA ANTONIA ALONSO – School Closure Due to inclement weather Academia Antonia Alonso will be closed Wednesday, March 15
FREIRE CHARTER SCHOOL Weather Delay Due to freezing temperatures and poor road conditions, Freire Charter School will operate on a two hour delay for Wednesday, March 15th. Classes will begin at 9:55 am.
LAS AMERICAS ASPIRA ACADEMY Opening 2 Hours Late on Wednesday 3/15/17 Before Care will open at 9 am.
ODYSSEY CHARTER SCHOOL OCS 2 hour delay 3/15/17 Due to weather conditions, OCS will be on a two hour delay tomorrow, March 15, 2017.
