Motorcycle Crash Leaves One Hospitalized In Serious Condition

 

Newark – On Tuesday March 7, 2017, at approximately 7:05 p.m. New Castle County Paramedics (NCCP) and Aetna Hose, Hook and Ladder Company were dispatched to the 700 block of East Chestnut Hill Road in Newark for a motor vehicle crash involving a motorcycle, according to NCCP Spokesmand Yvonne T. Russell.

Russell said that County Paramedics arrived on scene to find the patient, the motorcyclist, a 32-year-old male, in care of personnel from Aetna Hose, Hook and Ladder Company.

The patient sustained injuries to both of his arms and left leg. The patient was treated on scene and transported via Aetna Hose, Hook and Ladder Company ambulance to Christiana Hospital accompanied by County Paramedics. The patient was in serious condition at the time of transport.
