
Dover – Dover Police have arrested two men following a residential burglary and assault that occurred on Monday, June 19th, 2017 at around 12:07 a.m., according to M/Cpl. Mark Hoffman, Public Information Officer .
Hoffman said the incident occurred at the Pine Grove Apartments, located at 255 Webbs Lane in Dover, when Stanley Delius (24), Ronaldo Fleury (27), and a third unknown suspect allegedly forced their way into an apartment while armed with a baseball bat and two knives, according to Hoffman.
Once inside, the suspects assaulted a 29-year-old male victim, causing a laceration to the victim’s foot and a facial contusion, said Hoffman. Delius and Fleury were located and arrested by Dover Police Department at Delius’ residence, which is also in Pine Grove Apartments.

Both Delius and Fleury were charged with Burglary 1st Degree, Possession of Deadly Weapon During Commission of a Felony, Assault 2nd Degree and Conspiracy 2nd Degree.
Stanley Delius was released after posting $4,500 secured bond. Ronaldo Fleury was released on $28,000 unsecured bond.
