Washington – 11-year-old Frank Giaccio (“FX”) of Falls Church, Virginia, experienced the best day of his life, “so far”, on Friday. Giaccio, who owns his own neighborhood lawn service, wrote a letter to President Trump a few months back telling him he would be honored to mow the White House lawn.

Trump caught wind of the letter recently and decided to take FX up on the offer.

Reporters first learned of Giaccio’s letter when White House spokeswoman Sarah Huckabee Sanders read it to them on Friday.

Reporters caught up with Giaccio in the Rose Garden as the young man made pass after pass cutting the historic lawn.

When the President stopped by to check on Giaccio’s progress FX acknowledged him but kept right on working. After another row was complete he took a break to shake the Presidents hand.

After Frank finished up the lawn he was given a tour of the White House and snapped a few photos with the President in the Oval Office

Trump later tweeted: “THANK YOU for doing a GREAT job this morning! @NatlParkService gives you an A+!”
