Update: First reports of a head on collision were incorrect. The driver of the car blacked out and collided with a utility pole knocking it down.
The roadway was closed for a brief time as crews worked to free the patient. This patient was transported to Christina Hospital.
Prices Corner – Fire crews are currently on scene for a report of a head on collision at Kirkwood Highway and Albertson Blvd.
Early reports indicate that a head on collision occurred on Kirkwood Highway near Prices Corner Shopping center and resulted in a downed Utility pole and a trapped driver.
