Hockessin Teen Missing, Police Asking For Help In Locating Him

The Wilmington Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing 16-year-old boy.

Officials said the boy has been identified as ALAN CHI, 16, of the Unit Block of New Country Road, Hockessin.

On Sunday, 12 November 2017, at approximately 2:30 pm, his mother dropped him off in the 1100 block of N. Market Street, so that he may attend choir practice at the First and Central Presbyterian Church, according to police.

As his mother drove off, Alan’s mother did not see him enter the church. Instead, she observed him fleeing the area on foot, travelling eastbound on E. 11th Street.

Anyone who has seen ALAN CHI, or knows of his whereabouts are urged to call Detective Sergeant Ron Mullin at (302) 824-3751, or Detective Joe Miller at (302) 576-3639.
