Woman Found Dead On UD Campus, Foul Play Not Suspected

Newark – This morning, a 42-year-old woman was found dead at the Innternationale House on Courtney Street on the University of Delaware Campus, according to the University of Delaware Police. Officials said that emergency personnel believes her death was the result of ongoing medical issues and do not suspect foul play.

Officials released a statement encouraging anyone needing counceling to contact the UD Helpline, saying “The University encourages students who are struggling during this challenging time to seek the help they need. Counselors will be at the Innternationale House today from 3-5 pm to assist and the UD Helpline is also available 24 hours a day, 302-831-1001.”
