Newark – Storm targets Aetna Hose, Hook, and Ladder’s Station 9. Forcefield keeps the crew safe.
This evening’s thunderstorms made for a terrific light show in the Newark-Area. One photographer captured a bolt that appeared to be targeting Aetna’s firehouse on Academy Street.
The street light in the foreground makes it appear that the bolt struck close by but no the station was not hit.
