New Castle – Rescue crews have responded to Route 141 (W Basin Road) in the area of Commons Blvd for a vehicle accident involving a motorcycle.
Crews have closed Route 141 in front of the News Journal. All traffic is being diverted onto Commons Blvd.
DelDOT announced earlier that it was planning to close that section of road until 5:00 am Monday morning.
