Police: Pedestrian Hit By Van Thrown Inside By Man Fleeing Shooting, Pedestrian Still Missing – Video

Regional Desk – On Sunday, December 2, 2018, at 3:00 am, police responded to a radio call for a shooting on the 3300 block of North 9th Street. When Philadelphia Police Officers arrived on located they found the victim, a 20-year-old male, suffering from a gunshot wound to the leg. He was transported to Temple Hospital by Medics where he was listed in stable condition.

Surveillance video recovered from the area depicts the victim arguing with an unknown male when the suspect pulls a handgun and fired multiple times at the victim, said police. The suspect then enters a light-colored Chevrolet Express conversion van and flees the area at a high rate of speed east on Sedgley Street and strikes a second unknown male with the front of the van propelling him a substantial distance, according to police.

The suspect and several other individuals then place the unknown male that was struck inside the van. The van then continues east on Sedgley Street. The unknown male that was struck by the van has not yet been located or identified.
