Dover – Just before 1:00 this afternoon, rescue crews responded to the 1300 block South Dupont Highway for reports of an accident involving entrapment.
Upon arrival, crews reported that three vehicles were involved and that a total of three ambulances would be needed at the scene.
[ms-protect-content id=”35525,36371,36374,36464,36481″]Initial reports indicate that one patient may have suffered a medical condition prior to the accident.
At 1:13 Command reported that all three patients had been extricated from the vehicles and were being prepped for transport.
Trooper 4 originally dispatched to the scene was recalled.
Troopers currently have the road closed.
