On May 21st, 2019 the Middletown Police Detectives arrested Dean Boney of Townsend on charges of indecent exposure and lewdness, according to Lieutenant Dawn Misino.
Misino said it was reported on May 3rd, 2019 at 3:40 pm that a white male subject operating a green sedan in the parking lot of Home Depot, exposed himself while committing a lewd act.
Boney was arraigned through JP Court 2 and released on $1,500 unsecured bail.
