Two Injured In Crash Near Christiana Hospital On Sunday

At approximately 6:25 yesterday evening, New Castle County Paramedics and surrounding fire companies were dispatched to the area of Old Churchmans Road and Ogletown Stanton Road for a motor vehicle crash.

Upon arrival, New Castle County Paramedics found two patients needing advanced life support care. The first patient a 28-year-old-male suffering injuries to his chest and abdomen. He was transported in stable condition to Christiana Hospital via Christiana Fire Company ambulance accompanied by New Castle County Paramedics.

The second patient, a 30-year-old-male, suffering from injuries to his head was transported to Christiana Hospital via Minquas Fire Company ambulance in serious condition at the time of transport.

Delaware State Police is investigating the crash.
