Police Accuse Man In “PEEPING TOM” Incidents At Glasgow Trailer Court

During the month of September 2019, officers from the New Castle County Division of Police were dispatched to multiple trespassing complaints that had indicators that a “Peeping Tom” was in the area, officials said Tuesday. All these incidents occurred within the community of Glasgow Trailer Court.

Detectives from the New Castle County Division of Police Criminal Investigations Unit assumed the investigation and were able to link all of the incidents together.

After a lengthy investigation, detectives determined that 20-year-old Michael Blanco was responsible for these incidents, according to police.

Blanco was arrested last Thursday, Sept 26, and was charged with: two counts of misdemeanor Trespassing with Intent to Peer, one count of misdemeanor Resisting Arrest, one charge of misdemeanor Criminal Trespass 2nd, two charges of Criminal Trespass 3rd, and one charge of Loitering.

Michael Blanco was arraigned by Justice of the Peace Court 11 and is currently being held at Howard. R. Young Correctional Institution in lieu of $2,003.00 cash bail.
