Odessa – Rescue crews are on the scene of a serious crash in the northbound lanes of Route 13.
Trooper 4 has landed on the roadway is expected to be utilized for transport.
Initial reports from the scene indicate that a vehicle left the roadway, possibly rolled before striking a tree.
