Wilmington – The Delaware State Police are investigating a serious motor vehicle crash involving a pedestrian that occurred at approximately 6:24 p.m., Friday, December 27, 2019, on U.S. Rt. 202 (Concord Pike) in the area of Rocky Run Parkway.
Shortly after Troopers arrived on scene the roadway was partially closed while they investigated the incident.
