Happening Now: Crews Respond To Rollover Crash With Possible Ejection

New Castle – Rescue crews from the Wilmington Manor and Goodwill Fire Companies along with New Castle County Medics have responded to the 1000 block of Washington Street for reports of a rollover crash with possible ejection.

While en route to the crash EMTs from Wilmington Manor reported that there was a second accident with a person lying in the roadway. They diverted to that scene.

Just prior to that report Troopers were told that a vehicle at the original crash scene was on its side. The occupant(s) of the vehicle righted the vehicle and drove away, according to the reports.

Troopers have also responded a short distance away to Route 141 and Stockton. This is believed to be the scene the EMT’s reported seeing the person lying in the road. Troopers are reporting that no vehicles were struck at the Route 141 and Stockton location.

The two scenes are believed to be connected.

Two patients were transported to Christiana Hospital with undetermined injuries.
