Minquadale – Rescue crews from the Minquadale and Hollaway Terrace Fire Companies, along with New Castle County Medics and Trooper 4 and State Troopers have responded to I-495 NB just before Route 13 for an injury crash with entrapment.
First arriving crews are confirming that one person is trapped and has ordered the road closed.
Rescue crews are being told to access the scene by driving south on the northbound lanes of I-95.
Command is asking for a total of four ambulances.
