Three Men Hospitalized After Being Shot On Sunday

Police are investigating two separate shootings that occurred on Sunday.

The first shooting incident that happened at approximately 2:01 p.m. in the 1800 block of West 3rd Street in Wilmington.

When officers arrived at that location they found a 21-year-old male gunshot victim who was shot in a lower extremity. He was transported to the hospital in stable condition.

Almost ten hours later on Sunday, at 11:42, a 22-year-old man and a 45-year-old man, both suffering from gunshot wounds, arrived at an area hospital in stable condition.

Police believe the incident occurred in 2300 block of Carter Street, also in Wilmington.
