Reports: Wilmington Prepares For Another Protest Friday Night

Officials and private businesses are boarding up windows and closing roads in advance of another protest planned for Friday in Wilmington.

Precautions are being taken after last weekend’s peaceful protest ended with violence and the looting of businesses along Market Street and the surrounding area.

As a precaution, all SEPTA train service will now terminate at the Claymont station until further notice due to the civil protest, according to a post on SEPTA’s website.

This is a developing story.
