Police Investigating Double Stabbing At Dewey Beach Restaurant Saturday

The Dewey Beach Police Department is investigating a double stabbing that occurred at a Dewey Beach restaurant Saturday morning.

Officials said On May 15, 2021, at approximately 1:05 A.M., The Dewey Beach Police Department responded to 125 McKinley Ave (North Beach Restaurant) for a report of a fight. When the officers arrived, they discovered that a stabbing occurred. Two victims were transported to Beebe Medical Center in a privately owned vehicle.

The suspects were described as two black males in their early 20’s and fled the scene in an unknown direction. The victims were ultimately transported to Christiana Care medical center and are in stable condition.

The Dewey Beach Police Department was assisted by the Delaware State Police, Rehoboth Beach and Lewes Police Department. The investigation of this incident is still ongoing. The victims are described as two men 27 and 24, both of Harbeson, Delaware.
