Shots Fired At Occupied Home Monday Morning

Delaware State Police are investigating a shooting incident that occurred early Monday morning in Lincoln.

On October 4, 2021, at approximately 6:03 a.m., Delaware State Troopers were dispatched to the 10000 block of Cedar Creek Road for a residence shot multiple times. Through the investigation, troopers discovered five gunshot holes in the front exterior of the home. One projectile was located on the floor inside, and another had entered and lodged inside the living room television. Additionally, three shell casings were located in the roadway just north of the residence.

During the incident, there were four adults and two juveniles inside the home that were uninjured.
