Just before 11:00, Tuesday morning firefighters responded to a home in the 1200 block of ElderonDrive in Arundel for reports of a house fire.
Crews have been battling this fire for about 50 minutes at the time of this post. At one point during the incident Command ordered an evacuation of the home due to deteriorating conditions. Crews have since continued their attack.
Radio traffic from the scene indicates that one person, not a firefighter, has been transported to the hospital.
