The New Castle County Police Department is investigating Shots Fired that occurred on the unit block of Palmer Place (Kimberton Townhouses) Newark DE 19713, according to a message sent to residents via camera social media app that is neighborhood specific.
The incident occurred on Saturday 02/12/22 at approximately 5:30 PM. Multiple casings were recovered on scene and an unoccupied motor vehicle was struck by gunfire. The suspects are described as 3 males in dark clothing operating a dark gray/blue sedan.
