Man Found Dead Days Ago, Police Say Its Foul Play But Short On Details

New Castle County Police aren’t saying much about a death investigation that began on Friday.

Officials said that on April 29, 2022, Officers responded to the area of Anderson Drive in the community of Dunleith for a report of a deceased person.

Upon arrival, the officers discovered the body of 64-year-old Michael Cephas. Police did not say what time they responded or if Cephas was inside of a home when found.

Police said that the officers were able to determine that foul play occurred, however, they did not release any detail surrounding the incident.

It’s not clear if police are looking for a suspect or if this is an isolated incident.
