Exploratory plans for a new Pennsylvania residential subdivision have been filed in New Castle County.
Plans submitted last month to the county show that developers are planning to build a private road off of E. Fulton Road on the Delaware side of the state line just northeast of the Brandywine Town Center.
The proposed private local road from East Fulton Road would cross the state line and connect to the road system of the proposed Bethel Woods Community located in Bethel Township, Delaware.
