Argument Ends With Gunfire In Seaford

The Delaware State Police are investigating a shooting that occurred early Saturday morning in Seaford.

Officials said on June 1, 2024, at approximately 12:36 a.m., troopers were called for a report of shots fired near a residence on Front Street Extension. The preliminary investigation showed that there was an argument between unknown individuals near the residence followed by shots being fired. A 22-year-old man was hit by gunfire and was taken to an area hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.

Troop 4 Criminal Investigations Detectives are still investigating this shooting.
