Two Charged In Milford Shooting Incident

Milford, DE – Authorities have arrested two suspects in connection with a shots fired incident that took place in the area of West Street and NW 2nd Street on February 24, 2025. Detectives responded to the scene and discovered evidence confirming gunfire had occurred, resulting in damage to a vehicle. No injuries were reported.

The Milford Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division launched an investigation after receiving a tip the following day.

Public Information Officer Sgt. Timothy Maloney announced the arrests, stating that detectives worked over the past week to locate the individuals responsible. Maloney identified 20-year-old Emanuel D. McCrea-Mosley (Left) of Milford and 21-year-old Dwayne Wiltbank(Right) of Lincoln as the suspects. McCrea-Mosley has been charged with two counts of Attempted Assault in the First Degree, Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony, and Conspiracy in the Second Degree. After a hearing in the Justice of the Peace Court 2, he was committed to the Department of Correction in lieu of $152,000 cash bail.

Wiltbank faces charges of two counts of Attempted Assault in the First Degree and Conspiracy in the Second Degree. He was also presented before the Justice of the Peace Court 2 and was committed to the Department of Correction with bail set at $62,000. Additionally, Wiltbank had an active Violation of Probation warrant, which resulted in an additional $23,000 cash bail.
