The Milford Police Department is currently investigating a homicide that occurred at a residence in the 7500 block of Wickersham Lane in the Windward Grove Development, Milford.
Officials said on Thursday approximately 10:21 p.m., Milford Police responded to the residence for a report of shooting. When officers arrived on scene, they located at 32-year-old male victim suffering from a single gunshot wound inside the residence.
Witnesses on scene had already begun CPR. EMS arrived on scene and continued lifesaving measures, but the victim succumbed to his injury and was pronounced deceased police said. The victim’s name is being withheld until his family is notified.
Officials said the initial investigation showed that the victim and suspect were engaged in an argument which resulted in the victim being shot.
