New Castle – Rescue crews and Delaware State Police have responded to Route 1 SB just north of Wrangle Hill Road for a vehicle crash with injuries.
Troopers are reporting that one vehicle has been stopped from crossing the median by the cable barrier system. The vehicle is entangled in the wires.
Lanes of Route 1 SB in the area of the crash are restricted. The NB lanes are crawling due to onlookers.
