At 12:18 this morning rescue crews from the Christiana Fire Company along with crews from Aetna Hose, Hook, and Ladder, the Delaware City Fire Company, and New Castle County Paramedics were dispatched to Route 1 SB in the area of Route 273 for reports of a rollover crash with injuries.
While en route crews learned that the car was on fire. Upon their arrival, crews reported that one patient was injured.
It’s believed that one patient was transported to Christiana Hospital.
Delaware State Police are investigating the accident.
