Wilmington – Just after 6:30 the morning rescue crews from the Talleyville Fire Company were dispatched to I-95 NB in the area of the CSX train bridge (just south of Route 202) for reports of an injury accident.
DelDOT cameras show traffic beginning to back up into the city.
Crews are en route to the scene.
