Just before 1:00 rescue crews form Middletown along with NCC Medics and Trooper 4 have responded to the 1900 block of Choptank Road for an injury crash.
It sounds like there may be at least one patient trapped. We have not confirmed, however.
Trooper 4 has just landed at the scene and has been told that they will be utilized for transport.
Early reports from the scene indicate that a driver swerved to avoid an accident and hit a telephone pole.
The patient is en route to the hospital via Trooper 4.
