Wilmington – Rescue crews from the New Castle County Paramedics along with crews from the Talleyville Fire Company and Delaware State Police have responded to I-95 NB just south of Route 202 for a vehicle off the roadway.
Initial reports from the scene indicate that the driver may have suffered a medical problem before driving off the highway at a slow speed.
Several Good Samaritans have also stopped to render aid.
