Update: Three Found Dead In Dover Home On Tuesday

Dover – The Delaware State Police are continuing a death investigation that occurred Tuesday morning police Thursday.

Officials said the incident occurred around 8:55 a.m. Tuesday, August 24, 2021, when Troopers discovered three subjects deceased at a house located in the unit block of John Collins Circle in the Rodney Village Neighborhood.

FSU reported that just before 11:00 Tuesday morning firefighters from area companies along investigators with the fire marshal’s office, DNREC, Kent County Medics, and Delaware State Police were dispatched to John Collins Circle for a HAZMAT incident.

Police said the bodies were removed from the residence by the Delaware Division of Forensic Science and an autopsy will be conducted to determine the cause and manner of death, along with positive identification.

In this latest update from police, they did not say why the HAZMAT crews were called to the scene.

There is no safety concern for the community. This is an active and ongoing investigation, and more information will be released as the case develops.
