Just after 8:00 Monday evening rescue crews responded to a residence on O’Daniel Avenue in Newark for reports of a stabbing.
Initial reports from the scene indicate that a male was stabbed in the back at that location.
As additional resources responded to the scene, crews on scene recalled all responding units to include medics and Trooper 4.
The patient was transported to Christiana Hospital by Aetna ambulance A-9 with what were believed to be non-life-threatening injuries.
