Trooper seeking witnesses to Saturday morning shooting in bar parking lot

Delaware State Police are actively seeking witnesses to a shooting that occurred early Saturday morning at Sweet Daddy’s Bar and Grill in Wilmington.

On Saturday, at approximately 12:31 p.m., troopers responded to a late-reported shooting at Sweet Daddy’s Bar and Grill, located at 3806 Governor Printz Boulevard. A preliminary investigation showed that around 1:30 a.m. that same day, gunfire was exchanged between unidentified individuals in the parking lot, resulting in damage to an unoccupied vehicle. No injuries have been reported from the incident.
