Late Saturday evening, just after 11:00, police and rescue crews responded to a call at a residence in the 1200 block of Lakewood Drive in Wilmington’s Carrcroft Crest development, near I-95 at Marsh Road.
According to initial reports, two individuals were found inside the home and were pronounced deceased shortly after rescue crews arrived.
Police are currently conducting a death investigation into the incident however, they have not publicly released information regarding the discovery.
Additionally, police did not say whether the discovery was as a result, was a welfare check or how they were alerted.
