Dover Police have taken a Greenwood man into custody after authorities linked him to multiple armed robberies in Kent and Sussex Counties.
According to Dover Police, the investigation began at 7:26 p.m. on Saturday, September 20, 2025, when officers responded to a business for a reported theft. Police said the suspect, later identified as 29-year-old Terrell Boyce, entered the store, displayed a knife, and demanded the clerk open the cash register. The victim complied, and Boyce fled with cash.
With assistance from the Delaware State Police, investigators identified Boyce as the suspect. On Sunday, September 21, 2025, Dover Police officers located him operating a vehicle in the 300 block of Bluecoat Street in Dover. He was taken into custody without incident and transported to Delaware State Police Troop 3. Boyce was charged in Dover with Robbery First Degree and Wearing a Disguise During the Commission of a Felony. He was committed to Sussex Correctional Institution on $30,000 cash bail.
Separately, Delaware State Police announced Boyce has also been charged in connection with two robberies in Milford. On September 14, a suspect jumped the counter of a store on Shawnee Road, displayed a knife, and demanded money. On September 19, another robbery was reported at a convenience store on Bay Road, where the suspect stole cash and cigars at knifepoint. Detectives said Boyce was identified through investigative means as the suspect in both incidents.
He now faces additional felony charges from Delaware State Police, including two counts of Robbery First Degree, two counts of Possession of a Deadly Weapon During the Commission of a Felony, and two counts of Wearing a Disguise During the Commission of a Felony. He was arraigned at Justice of the Peace Court 7 and committed to Sussex Correctional Institution on an additional $110,000 cash bond.
