Woman Charge After Fight Involving Knife

WILMINGTON, Del. — Wilmington Police have arrested a woman following an investigation into an incident involving a knife earlier this week.

Officers from the department’s Uniformed Services Division responded at approximately 4:49 p.m. on March 5 to the 1800 block of West 7th Street after receiving reports of a fight involving an individual armed with a knife. When officers arrived, they made contact with all parties involved.

Police determined that 59-year-old Robyn Harding retrieved a knife and threatened another person during the dispute. Harding was taken into custody at the scene without incident.

Harding has been charged with aggravated menacing, possession of a deadly weapon during the commission of a felony, and endangering the welfare of a child.

She was arraigned in New Castle County Court of Common Pleas and released on $22,000 unsecured bail.
