Newark – July 30, 2016: At approximately 5:14 am the New Castle County Paramedics were dispatched to the area of S. College Avenue and Old Baltimore Pike for a motor vehicle crash with a vehicle reported overturned.
Fire department and EMS personnel found a two vehicle crash involving a Tesla electric vehicle and a tractor trailer.
The tractor trailer had come to rest on its side in the front yard of a home in Elwein Manor after downing some power lines.
Two patients were transported to the Christiana Hospital. The Delaware State Police are investigating the crash.
