Arrest Leads To Small Arsenal And Drugs In Dover

According to police the Dover Police Department along with Delaware Probation and Parole concluded a drug investigation with the execution of a search warrant on Wednesday afternoon.

The Wednesday raid, in the 100 Block of Madison Court, led to the discovery of marijuana, cocaine, a handgun a rifle and a 12 gauge shotgun, police said.

Police said that the suspect, Donovan Maldonado, was taken into custody without incident.  Police also said that there were six children in the home at the time of the incident.  Maldonado was committed to JTVCC in default of $25,000 cash bond on for Possession of Firearm by Person Prohibited (3x), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession with Intent to Deliver Marijuana, Aggravated Possession of Marijuana, Possession with Intent to Deliver Cocaine and Endangering the Welfare of a Child (6x)
