Police Need Help Identifying Suspect

New Castle County Police are currently investigating a theft that occurred at the Wilmington Community Evangelical Church on Brackenville Road in Hockessin, Delaware.

Police say that n Tuesday August 9, 2016 at around 12:20 p.m., patrol officers were dispatched to the Wilmington Community Evangelical Church in reference to a theft. Upon arrival, officers made contact with the victim who reported that someone had entered her vehicle by breaking a window and stole her purse while it was parked at the church. She advised that her purse contained money and numerous credit cards.


Officers were able to develop a suspect and obtain a store surveillance photo of him.
