Wilmington – Delaware State Police said that on man robbed the Philly Pretzel Factory, located at 1718 Naamans Road, in Wilmington on Saturday.
Authorities said that the man entered store at around 2;00 p.m. and went behind the sales counter, where he pushed a female employee out of the way. Police said he then reached into the open cash register and removed an undisclosed amount of money from the cash drawer.
The suspect, who did not display or imply that he was armed, then exited the business and entered into a dark colored unknown make and model vehicle. He then exited the parking lot and was last seen fleeing in an eastbound direction on Naamans Road. There were no injuries.
The suspect was described as a white male, 20-25 years of age. He was approximately 6’00” tall, had a thin build, and was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, dark colored shorts, and a dark hat.
