Arrest Made In August Home Invasion Case

Cheswold – The Delaware State Police have arrested two people involved in a late August home invasion, according to State Police Public Information Officer, Master Corporal Gary Fournier.

Shaina Schibinger, 20 of Magnolia, was arrested on Wednesday September 28, 2016 and charged with Home Invasion, Robbery 2nd, Wearing a Disguise During the Commission of a Felony, Theft of a Motor Vehicle, and Conspiracy 2nd.  She was arraigned at JP2 and was released on $36,000.00 unsecured bond.

Daymien J. Robert, 36 of Newark, was arrested on Thursday December 15, 2016 and charged with Home Invasion, Robbery 2nd, Wearing a Disguise During the Commission of a Felony, Theft of a Motor Vehicle, and Conspiracy 2nd.  He was arraigned at JP2 and committed to Howard R. Young Correctional Institution on $50,000.00 secured bond.

Detectives are also looking for Avery Maxwell, 24 of Smyrna, who is wanted for Home Invasion, Robbery 2nd, Wearing a Disguise During the
Commission of a Felony, Theft of a Motor Vehicle, and Conspiracy 2nd.  Maxwell may be in the New Jersey area.
