Police Investigate Wilmington Home Invasion

Wilmington – On Wednesday 4, 2017, at about 1:30 p.m., County Police Patrol “C-Squad” officers were called to the 1300 block of Kynlyn Dr for a home invasion that had just occurred.

Upon arrival, officers located a victim who stated that she was in an apartment when three subjects kicked in the front door and confronted her. The victim advised that she fled to a bedroom and was able to escape the apartment. She was transported to an area hospital, but later declined medical treatment.

No items were reported stolen.

The suspects are described as three black males operating a silver sedan.
