West Chester, P.A. – The Brandywine Valley SPCA (BVSPCA) will be delivering Kitty Grams on Valentine’s Day. Families who adopt a cat or kitten this weekend (Friday, February 10, through Sunday, February 12) can have their new family member delivered by BVSPCA staff and volunteers on Valentine’s Day.
“This is a great way for families who have been thinking of adopting to make the arrival of their new family member even more special,” says Adam Lamb, Chief Executive Officer of the BVSPCA. “We expect to see a lot of parents adopting then having the selected cat or kitten delivered to their home to surprise their kids, as well as people arranging delivery to their partners.”
Kitty Gram deliveries are available anywhere in Chester County, PA, and New Castle County, DE, for a $20 donation plus the adoption fee. Cats over 6 months will be available for a special $14 adoption fee, and kittens will be available for the standard $120 adoption fee. The fees include spaying/neutering, microchipping, and age-appropriate vaccinations. The service is designed for families already committed to adopting who have discussed the attributes of the animal they’d welcome into their family.
