Dover Man Arrested, Second Suspect Still At Large In Fraud Investigation

 

Milford – Milford Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance with locating Julian T. Lark II, 26, of North Carolina, according to Milford Police Spokeswoman Corporal Tiffany Wyatt.

Wyatt said that Lark is currently wanted for an incident that occurred between June 1, 2016 and July 5, 2016. A five month investigation revealed that Lark and Kevin Cuthbertson, 27,of Dover, allegedly gained access to the 86-year-old victims check book and removed a large amount of money from the victims bank account.

Lark is currently wanted for 2 counts of Theft over $1,500, 2 counts of Forgery 2nd Degree, and 2 Counts of Exploitation of a Resident Resources over $1,000.

On 02-01-2017 Kevin Cuthbertson, 27,  of Dover was arrested and charged with Attempted Theft over $1,500, and Forgery Second. Cuthbertson was arraigned and released on a $4,000 unsecured bond.
