Milford – Update: Milford Police Detective Timothy Maloney aid that after the video of the suspects was released on 03/06/2017, Milford Police received several tips from the community which led to the second suspect described as a white male with an orange T-shirt, dark-colored vest, dark-colored pants, and dark-colored sneakers with white soles being identified as a 17 year old white male juvenile of Milford. A warrant was obtained for the juvenile, according to Maloney.
On March 9, 2017, the juvenile and his guardian responded to Milford Police where the juvenile was charged with Robbery 1st Degree, Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony, and Conspiracy 2nd Degree. He was arraigned through Justice of the Peace Court 3 and committed to the Stevenson House in default of $42,000 USC secured bail.
He was given a future court date in Sussex County Family Court.
Milford Police are still asking for the community’s assistance in identifying the first suspect in this investigation.

Milford – The Milford Police Department Criminal Investigations Division is currently investigating an armed robbery of a pizza delivery driver that occurred on March 1, 2017 at approximately 6:40 p.m., according to Milford Police Detective, Timothy Maloney.
Maloney said that the victim reported that he was approached in the 500 Block of Lakelawn Drive Milford, by two white male subjects, one possessing a handgun, and they demanded money from the victim. The suspects fled on foot in the direction of Lakeview Ave.
The victim last saw the suspects in the area of a local business where video surveillance was obtained, according to Maloney. It captured the two suspects running through their property. The first suspect was described as a white male with a dark colored hooded sweatshirt on with the hood pulled up, a blue back pack, denim pants, and red shoes.
The second suspect was described as a white male with an orange T-shirt, dark colored vest, dark colored pants and dark colored sneakers with white soles.
