Bear – Today at around 1:00 p.m. police and rescue crews responded to Route 1 just just South of 273 (Christiana Bypass) for reports of an accident with injuries. Additional reports from the scene indicated that a car was on fire.
Another vehicle left the roadway crashing into a wooded area just feet from the Christiana Meadows Apartments.
It’s unclear what injuries were sustained in the accident.
